Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Halel for stock analysis, portfolios, Sharia screening, subscriptions, and referrals.
1. Acceptance
By using Halel, creating an account, or signing in with Google, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Halel for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
Halel provides tools for Saudi, US, GCC, and crypto markets, including price data, technical indicators, AI analysis, halal/haram screening, Daily Gems, stock screeners, portfolio tracking, and news analysis when real sources are available.
3. Not Financial Advice
All outputs are educational and informational. Buy, sell, and hold decisions are your responsibility. Review multiple sources and consult a licensed financial professional before making important financial decisions. AI models and data providers can be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed.
4. Sharia Analysis
Sharia compliance and purification estimates are based on disclosed methods and available data. They are not a personal fatwa or final religious ruling. Sharia boards may differ, and you should consult your own qualified scholar when needed.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not share accounts or misuse the service or third-party data providers.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans unlock the features shown in the app. Payments are processed through Stripe or a similar payment provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Paid access continues through the current paid period, subject to payment status.
7. Referral Program
Users may receive extra analysis credits when a new user registers through their referral link. Referral credits are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and only increase the number of analyses available under platform rules.
8. Data and Third Parties
We rely on external providers for market data, news, payments, OAuth, and AI services. Coverage, quality, timing, and availability can change by market, plan, and provider limits. We do not guarantee complete or error-free data.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Halel data, use bots to bypass limits, reverse engineer the service, disrupt the platform, or use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for investment losses, lost profits, trading decisions, data provider outages, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the service, laws, or providers change. The latest update date appears on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Advertising Measurement
We may use optional advertising measurement technologies, including Snapchat and TikTok, to understand campaign performance and improve our services. These measurements do not include passwords, card data, portfolio contents, or search and analysis text. The Privacy Policy provides more information about measurement providers and the data used.
