Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and who we share it with when you use Halel.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account data such as email, name, username, Google profile photo when OAuth is used, Google ID, subscription status, analysis counts, referral credits, and account settings.
2. Usage and Analysis Data
We store requested analyses, stock symbols, markets, portfolios, positions, entered prices, AI outputs, and system errors needed to operate the app, improve quality, and monitor abuse.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store customer IDs, subscription IDs, and payment status so we can activate plans and troubleshoot billing.
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use necessary cookies for login, session persistence, security, and preferences such as language. We do not activate optional measurement tools, including the Snapchat Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or their event APIs, without a previously granted valid marketing preference. You may request withdrawal through our support channels. We do not send advertising platforms passwords, card data, portfolio contents, or search and analysis text.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, generate analyses, manage subscriptions, enforce plan limits, run referrals, prevent fraud, improve data quality, provide support, and comply with legal requirements.
6. Service Providers
We share only necessary data with service providers such as hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, Google OAuth for login, Snapchat and TikTok for advertising measurement when a valid marketing preference exists, market/news data providers, and AI services. Measurement platforms may receive a hashed email, IP address, user agent, click ID, and measurement-cookie identifier to improve matching and measure registration, subscription checkout, and confirmed payment.
7. AI and Analysis Content
When you request analysis, stock, portfolio, and prompt context may be sent to an AI provider to generate outputs. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in input fields.
8. Retention and Deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for operations, security, billing, or legal requirements. You may request deletion or correction, though we may retain limited records for legal or security reasons.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request a copy of your data. Contact us through the support channels available in the app.
10. Security
We use secure sessions, hashed passwords, and reasonable access controls. No internet service is 100% secure, so use a strong password and report suspicious activity.
11. Children and Changes
Halel is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service, laws, or providers change. The latest update date appears on this page.
